Instant Call Center (ICC) provides inbound and outbound call services to assist with your
FNOL intake, sales, customer service and premium collection needs.
As a company that was founded by insurance executives, to serve the insurance industry,
we specialize in high quality First Notice of Loss intake and Direct-to-Consumer sales support.
Our main call center is nearshore, located in Juarez, Mexico. We also have a facility just across
the border in El Paso, Texas staffed by licensed agents. This arrangement gives you the best
of both worlds – the cost savings of nearshore staffing for non-sales tasks, combined with
onshore support for activities that require a licensed agent.
We operate on Mountain Standard Time, so we are highly accessible for you and your
team, while providing 24/7 support for your policyholders. We offer services in multiple
